This July marks 10 years since I opened MJ & Company Hair Parlor back in 2016. 💛
Looking back, I honestly can’t believe how far this journey has taken me. From opening my first salon, to learning (sometimes the hard way!) how to run a business, to growing a team, and now coming full circle as an independent stylist in my home salon, it’s been one incredible adventure.
What I’m most grateful for isn’t the business itself, it’s the people. The friendships, the conversations, the trust you’ve placed in me over the last decade… you’ve made this career so much more meaningful than I ever imagined.
So thank you. Whether you’ve been with me for 10 years or just found my page recently, I truly appreciate every single one of you.

She’s not fancy… yet. 😉
My temporary salon is officially ready, and I am SO excited to welcome everyone back this week! While my full home salon is still under construction, this cozy little space will be home for the time being.
Honestly… I kind of love it. The wood, the peaceful setting, and the view out the windows make it feel like a little getaway.
Thank you all for sticking with me through this transition. I can’t wait to catch up, do some hair, and share this new adventure with you. 💇♀️🏡
