I have been on quite the social media hiatus and it has been much needed. 2024 has been a year of evolving and maneuvering through constant change- some good, some not so good. As much as I would like to category myself as a person who embraces the ever flowing channels of change, I have found that it actually causes me anxiety and often times fear even though I know it’s necessary in order to grow.

The hair industry is constantly changing and moving. As much as I love it, it’s also hard to keep up. Hard to stay consistent with social media, hard to not become burnt out, hard to not compare yourself, hard to set boundaries, hard to not let the imposter syndrome tell you lies.

It’s been 2 years of being out on my own behind the chair. 2 years of growth, connections, laughs, tears and friendships made. As tough as this industry can be, it has filled my heart to the brim in ways that I never thought were possible. I am fully aware and humbled to say that I would never be able to do what I love without the support of my incredible clients. It makes me feel pretty to make YOU feel pretty and it’s been one of the greatest honors I’ve known!

Thank you all for an incredible year of laughs, insane stories, sharing your achievements and tears. Through the highs and the lows I am so glad I get to share it with you. 2025 will be equally as special, I just know it. 🤍🥳
