Join Madelyn Sean in her Silks Movement class at 11am, where you’ll work on movement quality and adding emotions in your sequence for the month.

Join Amber Simons in adult Lyra class at 12pm, where you’ll work on your skills in the hoop.

Tonight’s Acro class was a lot of fun. We had two groups going. One being a pair of newbies trying Acro for the first time, and the other being some of our regulars working on side stars and reverse stars.

We meet every other week on Wednesdays at 7:15pm up stairs. Come check us out!
