On my trip to NYC this was the one place I HAD to visit and it did NOT disappoint!!! I am not a neapolitan pizza fan. I like thin pizza with a crispy crust. David “El Presidente” Portnoy gave it a 9.4. I’ve tried a 9.3. There is an oceans difference between a 9.3 and 9.4! The staff is sooo friendly with a laid back vibe! Next time I have to try the square. Thank you Di Fara Pizza you guys are the best!!! Next time any of you are in NYC…go to Brooklyn…go to Avenue J and get a pie. My train conductor gladly took off his glove to share a slice when he knew it was from Di Fara!

If you’re looking for something unique to Honolulu, try Cha To Gelato Zen off Kapahulu! It’s a Japanese dessert bar. The kids had the matcha latte while we tried the black sesame, uji matcha and azuki gelato. I had my gelato served with the matcha anmitsu arrangement with fresh mochi 😋😋😋 The mochi was so soft!!!
