Stepping into my new role as a Cosmetology Instructor has been such a blessing, but I’m not going to lie… it’s also been challenging.

I’m learning a whole new system while teaching, carrying the responsibility of shaping future beauty professionals, and building trust with both colleagues and learners. That takes time, patience, and grace.
