* 30 Mile Challenge – Run or walk 30 miles this month (about 1 mile/day).
* Consistency Challenge – Run at least 3 days each week.
* Distance Builder – Add 0.5–1 mile to your longest run each week.

The workout utilizes “Ms.B’s Glute Bandz” Resistance bands and light weights in many different ways for a thorough strength training session; targeting your Glutes, Thighs, and Midsection.

Did you know that eating fruits and vegetables that contain high percentages of water will help fight cellulite?
Fruits and vegetables containing over 90% of water and are great for fighting cellulite include:
• Cucumbers
• Radishes
• Cauliflower
• Broccoli
• Strawberries
• Watermelon
It is important to include foods high in water in your diet to maintain strong and tight connective tissue. Strong connective tissues will prevent fat layers from dimpling through your skin. Also remember to drink at least eight glasses of water everyday to keep hydrated and reduce inflammation and bloating.
