Yooo. It’s been a long time coming! Legitimately opened up at the age of 25 in 2012, and into be nearly 13, and a half years since I’ve been a legitimate tax paying business!

It’s been a long journey to say the least.

Being an entrepreneur has given me freedom from the strings of of the conventional route of society, but it does not mean I have to work any less harder. If anything the days are longer, and the battles are greater.

No one to think it through for me. No road map to success built by others. No safety net, by the one I built for myself.

It’s been tough having to close down during touring covid in DTSA around 2018, move to Orange for a hand full of years, and now finally back home in SA where I belong!

It’s been a roller coaster of a ride for sure, but I’d rather build my own dreams with my bare hands, rather than build someone else’s.

Thanks for all the support that I’ve received through thick, and thin, now on to the next move in this life I have chosen.

Okay! Day two of team Bonding! Light spar in the rain with here.

This is our second Monday working.

We also did tasers, and 40 burpees with 3 pumps to warm up.

Not trying to show you much of what we’re working on yet because we are just starting out again.

It’s not for you to judge us on techniques, or on who did better than who.

Just merely showing you that we’re working on ourselves which in turn contributes to our goals, and aspirations.

Please keep your negative criticism, and judgment to yourselves as we are just getting into the groove of things.

All in all it’s been a great few sessions outside the gym, and the barbershop.

Plyometrics, core focused exercises, leg day, cardio on an incline, and 20 minutes in the sauna.

The level of commitment, discipline, and consistency is starting show in the results.

Definitely a lot to improve, but patience, consistency, and hard work is key.

I’m coming for it all in this next decade!

10 weeks of continuous exercising alongside rest, and cleaner eating got me like 💪😬.

Short term goal is one year.

Long term is a life of longevity.

I used to be chubby growing up. Hit 250 pounds after getting out of juvenile hall, and lacy.

Been working out since I was 15 years old.

Fell off, and got up multiple times. More than I can count really, but the most important thing is getting back in that horse and keep fighting the good fight.

I’m not where I want to be, but far from where I used to be.

It’s not about being perfect, but perfecting what we have to work with.

Whether in my business, or with my body, giving up, and giving in is not my mentality.

If wanted to sell out, I could have done that years ago. Achieving greatness is not for the faint of heart.

No short cuts. Just hard work, patience, discipline, and focusing on my own journey.
