I know haircut prices are out of pocket now days. Granted there is a lot of work, time, built up experience (nearly 19 years in my case), and attention to detail that goes into every cut, I think it’s well deserved. With inflation, and cost of living high, I want to try and introduce something new that could maybe relieve some pressure off my clients, and friends. For the next three months I will be doing a tier system.$25 for a 30 minute taper. No straight razor, hot towel, or scissor work perfect for a clean up for any event or just in between full cuts. $40 full haircuts including fade of choice, scissor work,but without the traditional hot towel itself. $50 for a complete haircut including the traditional hot towel shave.If this pans out well, I will be implementing this for as long as this system works. Today my world seems emptier than it used to be.
Yesterday my heart sank, and my eyes shedded tears after we had our zoom meeting.. (Teary eyes as I write this)
After 10 years of building this Rumorz Kutz brand together, Moses and I have decided that we will now be embarking on our own journey from now on.
We will always remain friends, and I will always love him like a brother. 🧡
I met him when he was 19. I was only 23. (I'm 33 now. He's turning 27 in November)
From watching him only sweep hair all the way up to being such a skilled barber, and a MAN of his own now at 26 years of age.
I am proud to say he is now ready to commit to a journey of his own. (No hard feelings to the clients he has earned through Rumorz Kutz. It is well deserved. & please do continue to support him!)
It breaks my heart to have to seperate our business ventures, but we have different goals now as times has changed. (Apart of this being the challenges we face during this shutdown, and the pandemic itself)
I wish nothing but success in your future my brother. May God continue to bless your heart, and care for your soul.
