Sometimes I can’t even close the door fast enough before the wild conversations begin 😂
But honestly, THIS is one of my favorite parts of having a private studio. There’s something about closing that door behind you and knowing you have a space to just be yourself.
From the funniest stories to the deepest conversations, laughing until we cry, and somehow knowing way more about each other’s lives than we did 2 hours ago…
I genuinely love getting to know every person who sits in my chair. I love sharing all of those little moments that have absolutely nothing to do with hair.
So if you’ve ever left my studio thinking, “WOW, I really just told my hairstylist THAT…” just know… I’m taking it to the grave. 🤐

This was seriously one of the coolest projects I’ve ever done!! 🧜‍♀️
Allie & I had been talking about doing something fun with her hair, was totally open to letting me play with whatever I wanted.😈 I was really excited because most of the time clients come in with an inspiration photo that we’re trying to match their hair to. I wanted to use this freedom to try something I hadn’t done before, so I turned to nature for inspiration.
I asked Allie to make a Pinterest board inspired by c solors under found in nature. She chose the beauty of the ocean, & loved under the sea vibes so I translated that into her hair. It took all day & Allie was completely in the dark about my thought process other than the board she made. 6 hours later and it was so amazing to see it all come together!! We both couldn’t have been happier with the outcome! 🐚💙
I get so excited projects like this because it challenges to create something completely unique. I’d love to see more fashion colors in my chair! 👀

There’s something about changing your look that completely resets your energy.
You don’t need a “reason” to change your hair. If you wake up wanting new hair, that’s literally all the reason you need 😅
If a new cut or color would make you smile when you see yourself? Do it.
Why stay looking the same forever?! It’s so fun switching it up! 🤷‍♀️
