When I think back and reflect I think of all the mistakes I’ve made which some were almost grave ,And then I think of all the good I’ve done and will continue to do !! The alleys I’ve taken trying to figure out who I wanted to be in life . I know I’m not the only one wandering trying to figure out what’s important I have to say I truly have found my passion seeing how you can make someone feel better with a simple smile or a great hair style to make people feel better about themselves, I love that ,!! in even the smallest amount of time you can change someone’s mindset to positive !! So many people are hurting,and lost, and depression is soo real . I’m seeing so much more of it .!! Please please please know that every road we take will lead us to where we need to be if you put your heart and trust in God and your self . Life is always teaching us something!! Feel it,Be it ,love it !!! It’s to short for anything else .!! Let the haters hate !! Love the ones who show up and continue to be who you meant to be ,find the passion and be the best version of yourself!!!

MOISTURE MOISTURE MOISTURE 💦 I cannot stress enough how important moisturizing your hair is in order to keep it healthy. When I ask clients how they moisturize their hair guess what most of y’all tell me? OIL! 😣😱😤 “I use oil everyday and it’s still dry” BUT WHY?! Oil is not moisturizing to the hair (it can be to the scalp). The only thing oil is doing to your hair is sitting on the hair shaft and creating a barrier which PREVENTS true moisture from being able to pe*****te the hair. The more oil you use the more dry the hair will become, eventually your porosity level be non existent and it will become harder to get moisture to pe*****te your hair. Imagine rubbing a bunch of oils into your hands then running water over your hands. What do you see happening? Water beads forming and the water rolling right off your hands right? Well that’s exactly what’s happening when you go to moisturize your hair with a bunch of oil on the shaft. If you are one who loves to oil your hair STOP! Well how do I moisturize my hair, you may ask... Properly cleanse (remove all oil and product build up using a clarifying shampoo) Use a deep conditioning treatment, I love @glamheadzhealthyhair deep conditioner (there are plenty others) Make sure you rinse conditioners with cool-cold water (this will lock your moisture in) Seal with a lightweight spray leave in conditioner I use it’s a 10 leave in or @glamheadzhealthyhair (leave in creams are for styling I don’t recommend using a leave in cream as your everyday moisturizer this can also create a build up on the hair shaft depending on what you’re using) After this process you can do whatever you desire to your hair. Your hair is now properly moisturized. The DPD would like to make everyone aware of a scammer tactic that involves requesting gift card numbers over the phone. Here's how this scam usually happens:

The most common way scammers request gift cards is over the phone through a government impersonation scam. However, they will also request gift cards through a text message, email or social media.

A scammer posing as an IRS agent will call the taxpayer or leave a voicemail with a callback number informing the taxpayer that they are linked to some criminal activity. For example, the scammer will tell the taxpayer their identify has been stolen and used to open fake bank accounts.

The scammer will threaten or harass the taxpayer by telling them that they must pay a fictitious tax penalty.

The scammer instructs the taxpayer to buy gift cards from various stores.

Once the taxpayer buys the gift cards, the scammer will ask the taxpayer to provide the gift card number and PIN"
