I am on a journey to regain my confidence and fall back in love with being me, in this skin... and I I never seem to take the easy road.
I tend to do things for other people before I do them for me. I have a really hard time saying 'No!'. But - - - I am working on taking better care of me - inside and out. New health products that I have started using are helping me to feel more 'me' and to begin to love me in this skin. I hope that while on this journey, I will also be able to help others loving the skin they are in as well!
