Your DNA makes up who you are. It is never changing.
Because it’s never changing, you could be to your advantage to understand it now so you can take care of your body properly.
What if I told you there is a way to do that. Yes there are many DNA tests out there, but I have one that I really like. This test will give you guidance in to how to take care of your skin, how you metabolize, what nutrients your body needs, recovery, and sensitivities. Not every product or methods out there are for every person. This is why each of us need our own personal guide to maximize our own health and increase longevity.
You ever only have to do this test once. Any age can do it.

Your bowel movements can say a lot about your health.
It is your bodies way of removing waste and toxins. If you aren’t going then that is trapped in there.
If you aren’t having regular bowel movements then that is a sign that something is off with your health and we need to figure out what that is!
Sure things can trigger it once in a while, but if your p**p isn’t healthy, you aren’t going everyday, or you’re having more of a diarrhea situation…let’s chat and get it all figured out!

Guys I have tried SO MANY proteins over the years. I would call myself a protein connoisseur at this point! I am constantly trying new ones to see if there are even better ones out there. I also love seeing the different ingredients, the different protein sources, seeing how they impact my body, getting the benefits, and learning from new small businesses.
Not all proteins are created equal!!!!
You can get protein from so many different sources! It’s good to switch it up here and there. Some people’s bodies react to different sources as well. My strategy is to have a few options around at my house and switch it up. I suggest not just buying the same protein for too many times in a row as your body gets used to it and the benefits can diminish overtime. Also different protein sources/powder ingredients can offer different nutrients!
My current top 4 favorite proteins as said in the video:
