"Hello. My name is Earl. I am an old dog who was rescued by a wonderful family, and for that I am so grateful. When they found me, I was hostage in a very small cage next to a dumpster, and I was in SUPER bad shape. "I lead a crazy life. With everything I am involved in regarding my business, personal, and fitness life, I don’t get much sleep. I average 4.5-5 hours of sleep a night during the week, maybe getting up to 7 hours a night on the weekends. (Yes, I know that is not ideal, but that is life at this moment.) Along with that, the sleep tracker app on my watch was showing many periods of restless sleep during the night.

Using CBD Oil for Pain Management: Does It Work?

Cannabidiol (CBD) oil is used by some people with chronic pain. CBD oil may reduce pain, inflammation, and overall discomfort related to a variety of health conditions.
