Hi friends! It’s been a minute since I introduced myself so lets take a break from me crying about my dog lol
If you know me…you know I like to stay happy and positive 💪🏻

Here are some things to help you get to know me! Let me know if any of them surprise you.

• My absolute favorite thing in this world is water. I love rivers, lakes, beaches, waterfalls. Nothing feels more peaceful than being in or near water 🌊

• I love golfing. I only started about a year ago, but I’m obsessed. I could probably golf 36 holes a day and still beg for more ⛳️

• I love animals. I find myself talking to people’s pets without even acknowledging the human they are with 😂. I also believe that animals are babies no matter how old or young they are 🐶

• I bet you didn’t know that I grew up bowling. My family did multiple bowling leagues and I actually won a couple of scholarship tournaments 🎳

• I love to learn. I own about 50 books on professional/personal relationship building, self growth, motivation etc.
I think we can always find ways to be better 📚

• Random bonus fact….I LOVED math when I was growing up. In the summer, I secretly rented math books from the library and worked on them for fun 🤓

I know it’s cheesy to say that I feel blessed to have such amazing people sit in my chair, but it’s true!!!
This career is the unreal.
I literally get to hang out with people I like, playing with their hair all day 🤍

Dimensional brunette upkeep:
One of my #1 goals when coloring hair, is to create LOW MAINTENANCE colors.
Typically, my guests can go a year with just minimal maintenance appointments.

Minimal maintenance includes either coming in for a toner, mini foil to strategically bring up highlights where they are needed, and of course trims to keep your hair looking fresh and healthy.

Who comes up with the haircut names?
If you didn’t know, one of my favorite haircuts is a “Lob” (a long bob)

These mid-length haircuts help release weight to create more volume.
A perfect in-between for when you want a change but don’t want to go too short.
They also just look sassy AF.

So this post is about balance, and I think I found the perfect photo to represent it 🤣

BALANCE IS A TRICKY THING (And I’m not talking about a balancing beam).
Our personal balance depends on our priorities and what is important to us.
Some people choose to prioritize family, money or business, or vacations, themselves, or another passion. None of these things are wrong….it’s all about what’s important to YOU.

I know I haven’t posted in a long time…since February 🤦🏻‍♀️…and that is because I have been working on the how to prioritize the things that are important TO ME.

Unfortunately for my Instagram family…IG fell pretty low on the list, as well as all of the other social media platforms. To me, what I’m doing in real life is so much more important than what I choose to portray on social media.
I have found time now to add this back into my life and I will start sharing more of the fun I’ve been having ❤️

If you don’t know, I spend a majority of my time running . It is such an important thing to me. I know that if I focus on building the confidence and skills of my staff, building systems and processes for the business, building an amazing atmosphere for our guests as well as our employees…that it will pay off with more free time and more financial freedom in the future.

I have also spent way more time getting myself out of the house doing things to clear my head and add some FUN into my life.
I will be sharing some of those things here soon.
