I know how easy it is to say, “I’ll get to me later.” Then Friday rolls around and somehow later never happened. 🙃

Taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be a whole production. Drink your water. Eat something that actually fuels you. Take a walk. Get some rest. Make the appointment you’ve been putting off.

You deserve a little of the care you give everyone else. Let’s start this week remembering that. 💗

Sunday shoutout to this guy right here, Ben! 👏🏼🔥

Ben shared that he’s down 140.1 pounds, and I had to stop and give him the recognition he deserves. That number is incredible, but what he wrote about how he got here is the part I really want people to read.

He’s been working on his relationship with food, prioritizing protein and fiber, and learning what his body needs. He’s also honest that his GLP-1 has been a tool along the way. I appreciate him saying that out loud, because using a tool doesn’t mean someone didn’t put in the work. Ben absolutely has.

I also want to be clear that Ben’s results are not typical. Everyone’s journey looks different, and I don’t want anyone comparing their progress to his number. What’s worth celebrating is the commitment he’s made to himself and the habits he’s building as he continues this journey.

Ben, we are so proud of you. Thank you for sharing your story so honestly and for letting us be part of it. 🩷

My day off yesterday turned into something brewing…

I was going through some old notebooks and found this little gem. (Please don’t laugh, I’m not the artsy one in the family)

What makes it even funnier is that I made my very first post about Infuzed on September 19, 2021 almost exactly five years ago and somehow stumbled across this over the weekend. 😂

This was when Infuzed was nothing more than an idea scribbled on a piece of notebook paper. No building, no team, no clue how big it would become…just a thought and a whole lot of faith.

We don’t officially celebrate five years until December, but damn, look what grew from this little sketch.

I’m so incredibly proud of what we’ve built and beyond thankful for every single client who trusted us, supported us, shared our name and helped make this dream a reality. None of this would exist without you.

💗 OZONE THERAPY IS HERE!

We’ve been studying, training and putting the proper safety protocols in place and we’re excited to officially offer IV ozone therapy at Infuzed.

So, what is ozone therapy?

During treatment, a specific amount of your blood is collected into a sterile, closed system, carefully combined with a precise concentration of medical-grade oxygen and ozone, and then returned to your body through your IV.
