So many young stylists walk into this field excited, talented, and ready to learn — but they aren’t always given the structure, support, or professional guidance they truly need. And it honestly frustrates me to see how often they’re promised “quick success” or “easy money” without being taught the things that actually build a real career.

I’m not calling anyone out.
I’m speaking out for the stylists who deserve better.
