What tastes good on the lip, stays forever on the hip.

It’s upto us to define a well balanced diet with proper timings between meals (3 big meals, 2 mini meals) and adequate physical activity (what is possible to do) and quality sleep.

How to improve your vision, and reduce inflammation around your eye muscles? If your screen time is anything more than 2 hours daily, you do need to take extreme care of your eyes.

Bilberries are small European blueberries that are rich in many nutrients and beneficial compounds. They're linked to reduced inflammation and blood sugar levels, as well as improved vision and heart health. They may even improve brain function, fight off bacteria, and reduce symptoms of ulcerative colitis.
Bilberry is filled with anthocyanins, also known as flavonoids. These have powerful antioxidant properties, which are great for eye health. A randomized controlled trial found that bilberry had a positive effect on eye site in lower light environments.1 This has also been suggested as a treatment of retinopathy, which is damaging to the retina. Also, 400 mg/day of fermented bilberry extract was ingested by 30 healthy myopic, or nearsighted, middle-age participants in a 4-week prospective randomized placebo-controlled study which suggested that bilberry may be effective in improving the visual outcomes of myopic eyes.

Lutein is a carotenoid with reported anti-inflammatory properties. A large body of evidence shows that lutein has several beneficial effects, especially on eye health. In particular, lutein is known to improve or even prevent age-related macular disease which is the leading cause of blindness and vision impairment.

Benefits of taking a bilberry and lutein supplement:
1. suppress inflammation
2. defend against free radicals and oxidative stress
3. enhance the sharpness of your vision
4. improve your visual contrast sensitivity
5. reduce glare impairment
6. protect eye tissue from sunlight damage
