Unfortunately I have had to put some policies in place at the salon, I have lost over $4000 in the last year due to no shows and last minute cancellations. This is not a hobby, it is how I pay my bills and take care of my family. I don’t know of anyone that wants to take a $4000 cut in pay simply because their clients are forgetful or do not respect their time.
