To continue giving every client the best experience possible and keep my days running smoothly, I’ve made a few updates to my appointment policies. These include information about special request appointments, cancellations, rescheduling, and late arrivals.

As a small business owner, every appointment time is reserved just for you. When one client arrives late or cancels at the last minute, it impacts the rest of the day’s schedule and other clients as well.
