I’m nothing if not a healthy hair enthusiast! I’ma advocate for healthy hair until I’m blue in the face okay! The hair will not retain length if it lacks moisture and we’re constantly drying out hair out without pouring moisture back into it. Too many of us think that oil moisturizes the hair and unfortunately it does not. We have to hydrate our hair then add moisture and lock in that moisture in order for it to flourish.
Be honest, did you also think that oiling the hair was a form of moisturizing it?
