This unique form of bodywork uses the therapist’s feet to create slow, sustained, intentional pressure through the body. Unlike traditional massage that relies heavily on gliding strokes, Sarga focuses on the myofascial system—the connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles.

🌿 What can Sarga do?
• Helps release tension and restrictions in the fascia
• Encourages greater mobility and flexibility
• Promotes hydration and circulation within connective tissue
