One of the most common questions before a first appointment is the simplest one. What is the actual difference between a bikini wax and a Brazilian?
A bikini wax cleans up the edges, removing hair outside the underwear line so you feel tidy in a swimsuit without going all the way. A Brazilian removes all or nearly all of the hair, front to back, for a fully smooth result that lasts up to two full weeks.
Neither one is the right answer for everyone. It comes down to your comfort, your plans, and what feels best for you. If you are not sure, that is exactly what the pre-appointment conversation is for.

Vacation packing always feels like it should be lighter than it ends up being. Razors. Backup razors. Aftercare for shave irritation. Outfits adjusted for visible regrowth. Half the suitcase is grooming insurance.
A waxing routine cuts most of that out. One appointment, two or three days before the trip, and the maintenance load drops to nothing for the duration. No daily upkeep. No emergency razor purchases at a hotel pharmacy. No checking the mirror in awkward lighting before a beach day.

Underarm waxing is one of those services people put off until July, and then wish they had started in June.
The problem with shaving underarms in summer is that the cycle is daily. Stubble by the next morning. Friction during workouts. Sweat trapped against the hair, which means odor and irritation by mid-afternoon.
