Airborne Allergies 🤧 are starting to affect some people in the Spring time as everything starts to bloom. Here are some essential oil tips to help symptoms.

* Apply 2 drops DoTerra Lavender and 2 drops Peppermint with 1 tsp. Fractionated coconut oil or a carrier oil of your preference to the bottoms of the feet- focusing on the tips of the toes... Why the tips of the toes? This is the acupressure points for the sinuses based on Chinese Medicine.
* Apply 2 x a day or as needed, not to exceed 25-30 drops a day for an adult.
