You heard it here first! Save the dates for one of our biggest shows of the fall season! 63 Moose Lane is booked for Old School Lives' annual Christmas Market for Friday and Saturday, November 13-14 in Cotton! A $2 admission fee gets you into almost 50 local craft vendors, a coffee shop, the thrift store, mercantile, and more!

Thank you for a successful Fairlawn Ice Cream Social on Saturday! We enjoyed visiting with people that have come each of the five years we've done the show as well as meeting some new people - one of our newest customers came all the way from Smyrna, Georgia! We've been there before, most recently this past spring!

The days are starting to get an unmistakable fall feel to them now, and with that, the 63 Moose Lane crew is gearing up for our busiest time of the year. While the list is likely to expand as more shows open up their registration in coming weeks, here is a list of the fall season shows we are currently confirmed for:

* Chester Bowl Fall Fest, Saturday, September 19, from 9:30 - 4:30. (Rain date is Sunday, September 20). We'll be back in our usual spot not far from the food trucks. It's a Duluth fall favorite! Park at the UMD campus and take the free shuttle.

* Apple Palooza, Saturday, September 26, from 10:00 - 6:00 p.m. The show runs both Saturday and Sunday, however we will only be there on Saturday. New this year is the venue. After several years at Beaver River Farm in Fredenberg Township, Apple Palooza moves to the DECC this year. There are still the same great tasting apples from Dixon's Apple Orchard and other things to see and do as you shop!

* Salem Lutheran Church Apple Festival and Craft Fair, Saturday, October 24, from 9:00 - 3:00 at Salem Lutheran Church, 4715 Hermantown Rd. in Hermantown. We have an inside spot again this year...and if you come around lunch time, the apple brats are legendary!

* Holy Rosary Craft Show, Saturday, November 7, from 9:00 - 3:00 at Stella Maris - Holy Rosary School, 2802 E. 4th St. in Duluth. It's a traditional early November favorite that you won't want to miss and a great chance to get a jump start on Christmas shopping!

It's just about time for the rescheduled Fairlawn Ice Cream Social and craft fair at Fairlawn Mansion, 906 E. 2nd St. in Superior, this Saturday, August 22 from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. The forecast calls for sun and 70s by afternoon, so it should be perfect weather to check out your favorite bath, body and home cleaning products...and have some ice cream while doing so!

***FAIRLAWN ICE CREAM SOCIAL POSTPONED TO AUG. 22***

Due to the poor air quality in the region the last several days, the organizers of the Fairlawn Ice Cream Social, originally scheduled for Saturday, July 18, have postponed the event to Saturday, August 22 from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. 63 Moose Lane supports the decision and looks forward to being a part of the rescheduled event next month.

We appreciate the efforts of those working to fight the fires to our north, we are thankful for the wonderful Fairlawn organizers for all you do, and of course you our faithful customers and supporters! Let's pray for rain where it's most needed and look forward to an event we can all enjoy on August 22!
