A Love Seat For The End Of The Old World.
When Jodi retired from acupuncture and was no longer here in the space holding arena, I was tasked to make the waiting room my own.
John Barnes died the same day as Jodi’s last day. I proceeded to get very sick. As I layed in bed with zero energy to figure anything out, all I could do was empty the basket of my attachments. Layer by layer, piece by piece I let everything go in my minds eye. I even went as far as imagining selling my house.
When I found a space (internally) empty enough for my capacity I just waited. The first thing to stream into my awareness was art work.
They floated into my minds eye and I felt comforted by their presence.
One I didn’t have in my possession yet ‘your heart can hold it all’ by .
The next day, still quite uncertain how it was all going to come together I set out to move art work and trusted that the way would be shown if I followed through with that much.
I hung pieces I already had, acquired the work from Sarah, and something settled deep in my bones. Art saved me many times. This new world dawning is reliant on it.
It is so much more than paint on canvas. It is the seeds of a new world.
‘Hide and seek in key hole valley’
‘Angel of mercy ‘
‘Your heart can hold it all’

I had the honor to do chair massage at Marshall today for teacher appreciation week, and I will do so at another school on Monday. It had me thinking with gratitude all day for what they are doing.
The teachers of the children are doing such powerful work, with little fan fair.
May you all know how truly needed and remarkable you are! Thank you for being there for the children.
Happy teacher appreciation week!

Today, I joined Elsie Storm for a ‘Entrepreneur reset’ workshop she was offering. She brought a group of 18 woman Entrepreneurs on a transformative experiential journey.
It was a group think tank where she cultivated a workshop that directly related to all of our most challenging obstacles as business owners. She unearthed her content by having us all do a little pre- work. She coached us all through some of our biggest fears, from stagnation in to really tangible action steps.
It was by far the most helpful thing I have done for my business in a long time. A little bird told me she’s offering it again in the fall 🐦⬛🍁😘! To find out more or to gets some priceless coaching, tune into her - so worth it. She is brilliant, calm, fiery and very inspirational.
Thank you Elsie ! 🙏🏽♥️🙏🏽

Bon Voyage Jodi!!
Jodi had her last day practicing acupuncture in our shared space in middle of December, right before the winter solstice.
I found these old photos of her and I 🥰! We had 8 years of harmonious collaboration. I definitely miss the in between moments with her! Her laugh echoing through the space!
She is onto a new adventure in the school system, and I learned so much from her courageous leap of faith and gracious way of choosing to change her path.
I wish her nothing but the best!
I am hopeful to share the space again. I’m most interested in good compatibility 🙏🏽⭐️🙏🏽

☀️2 therapists 1 client☀️
This week, I had the opportunity to do an intensive with a client, where I treated them with Myofascial release 6 times in one week!
At the Myofascial Release treatment centers (in Melvern, PA and Sedona, AZ) this is a regular paradigm. People come in to get treated 3 times a day, for 1 or 2 weeks, aka 1 or 2 week intensives.
You have less time for the old guards to grab the reigns in between sessions and can unlock the subconscious holding patterns and ideally get them to shift more fully, having so many sessions close together.
For one of the sessions this week Stacy Holden came in so that I could mimic another aspect often experienced at the treatment centers, where you have 2 (or more) therapists working with you at one time. This can help the psychy to drop into the subconscious even deeper with encouragement coming not just from one therapist but two. It’s amazing to see where unwindings can go with this kind of encouragement.
When the subconscious holding patterns get seen, recognized and shift, pain patterns can totally release and rearrange, and in some cases never come back.
Stacy has lots of cranial experience and a handful of Myofascial classes under her belt as well.
It was an amazing experience for us all. ❤️ I am grateful 🙏🏽
I feel that it has shifted gears in the space, and in my heart and hands… I look forward to how the sessions go the next few weeks with this new evolution!

You are perfect, just the way you are.
The gift of self care for those perfect beings in our lives enhances their experience of life. Also, it supports local small business (in this case woman owned 💪), and its a space saver if your perfect being already has everything they need.
All thought provoking ideologies aside, there are printable gift certificates on the website. Ready at a moment’s notice.
Go to www.kristymariemassage.com , go to schedule an appointment (on the online scheduler), at the bottom of the appointment duration options are a list of gift certificates.

One day you finally knew
what you had to do, and began,
though the voices around you
kept shouting
their bad advice --
though the whole house
began to tremble
and you felt the old tug
at your ankles.
"Mend my life!"
each voice cried.
But you didn't stop.
You knew what you had to do, though the wind pried
with its stiff fingers
at the very foundations,
though their melancholy
was terrible.
It was already late
enough, and a wild night,
and the road full of fallen
branches and stones.
But little by little,
as you left their voice behind,
the stars began to burn
through the sheets of clouds,
and there was a new voice
which you slowly
recognized as your own,
that kept you company
as you strode deeper and deeper into the world,
determined to do
the only thing you could do --
determined to save
the only life that you could save.

Client: When did you figure out that you wanted to do this?
K.M. : When I was young my siblings would always rub my back. I was the youngest of 4, so I was spoiled with back rubs. It was the one thing that has always been able to calm me.
I remember my best friend in kindergarten , Cherie, and I would hover our hands above each other’s forearms until the other person could feel it… essentially doing energy work.
However , it wasn’t until middle school that I ever heard of Massage Therapy. A friend of mines dad was a Massage Therapist . I never even met her dad! She lived at her mom’s full time. But as soon as I heard about this “Massage Therapy” , I knew I wanted to learn it.
I went to school for it when I was 20.
It wasn’t for some years after I began practicing that I recognized that I could do massage long term.
I have never stopped learning, I have never stopped practicing.
So long as God gives me life and well working body I will continue.
My gratitude runs deep for what this work has given me, in my experience of receiving it as well as in my experience of giving it.
May this dedication be for the benefit of all beings. As within so without.

How many times do we look outside of ourselves for the answers we seek, the answers that live within ?
Feeling is healing ❤️🩹
There is no way but through.
Sometimes the only thing we have to do to unlock our patterns is land in our bodies. Be it physical or emotional pain, stress, anxiety or depression.
