We promise… we are not mad if you need to cancel your appointment. Life happens. Things come up. We get it more than you know.
What does get tough on our end is when an appointment is booked, we reach out to confirm, and we don’t hear back at all. Those spots…especially longer ones…could have gone to someone else who’s been waiting to get in.
If you can’t make it, just cancel or send a quick message. That’s it. No stress, no awkwardness, no guilt. We’d always rather know than wonder. And we’ll see you on your next visit!♥️
