Eligibility depends on your individual HSA/FSA plan and the reason for your massage. Some plans may require documentation, such as a Letter of Medical Necessity, while others may allow eligible massage expenses without one.

Not sure if your plan will cover it?
Check with your HSA/FSA administrator before your appointment.

You may also choose to pay with another form of payment and request an itemized receipt to submit to your plan for possible reimbursement.

Please note: Acceptance of an HSA/FSA card does not guarantee that a service is considered an eligible expense by your individual plan.
