My lovely, loyal clients: I need your help. All of my costs have gone up, yet I've kept my prices the same and plan to. Being in a small business, and dealing with the public...I am at your mercy. Depending on people to continually 'choose you' is stressful... thank you to those that do. ♥️
My costs are up, and my business is down. I've had so many cancellations lately, no shows and people going back North. I'm fearful for my future here. I want to continue to do what I love, what lights up my soul.. and continue to provide clean, ammonia free organically sourced color services to you.. but my overhead is high, and so is everything else and I know we are all feeling the push!
I built my clientele here from nothing, I knew no one here when I started... and now I have so many I consider dear friends! I couldn't have done it without you... but I have learned, that even if you share secrets, tears, laughter and great hair in those walls... even if I never run late, always show up and give you my all: people will leave for another stylist out of the blue. That is something i will never get used to.. this is a tough business, and I appreciate and love you all for the relationships we've built and your loyalty! It means the world! And I need your help now, please. Please show up, and please... If I've ever made your day with some amazing hair... please pass my name along to your friends so that I can continue offering my services in sweet Dunedin... a place I consider HOME.

✂️ Cancellation & No-Show Policy

I truly value every client and the time we spend together. As a small business owner, last-minute cancellations or no-shows can be tough to absorb.

To protect my time and ensure fairness for all clients:
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee.
• No-shows will also be charged this fee.

If you rebook within 7 days, I’m happy to apply that $50 toward your next service. If not, the fee is retained as a cancellation charge.
