Lip Neutralization is such an amazing service when it’s performed properly 🧚🏼

One of my biggest pet peeves is seeing red used as the only solution for lightening cool toned lips. Lip neutralization is not one formula fits all. Every client has a different combination of depth, undertone and natural pigmentation, so the pigment choice needs to be customized accordingly.

Neutralization is also a process. The first session focuses on correcting and balancing the unwanted tones. Once the lips heal, we can evaluate how the pigment settled and determine whether another neutralization session or the client’s desired target color is needed.

The goal is never to cover the natural lip tone with a heavy layer of color. It’s to carefully balance the undertones so the lips heal brighter, softer and more even.

Brow Logic is MOVING 📢✨

Starting November 1st, I’ll officially be working in the Brandon/Riverview area!

My booking address will be updated closer to the move to avoid any confusion, as I’m still accepting clients at my current Dunedin location throughout October.

My November books are temporarily closed while I finalize my schedule, but appointments will open around mid-October, so keep an eye out!

I love when a client isn’t afraid to go a little more vibrant — especially knowing lip blush will soften and lighten as it heals.

Q: How long does it last?
A: It varies from person to person, but generally lip blush can last anywhere from 1–3 years.

Q: How many sessions do I need?
A: This really depends on your desired healed result and how your skin takes and retains pigment. It’s difficult to guarantee an exact number of sessions, but I always recommend a touch-up after your initial appointment to perfect the shape and color and help with long-term retention.

Q: Is it painful?
A: About 90% of my clients report that the service is pretty pain-free. The beginning can feel a little sensitive while the skin is being opened before the secondary numbing kicks in, but after about 15 minutes most clients are very comfortable — some even fall asleep.

A common misconception about lip blush is that you have to choose a super pink or bright shade, but every appointment is completely customized around your desired healed result.

Whether you want something natural and sheer or more vibrant and bold, we’ll create a color that fits you.

And don’t let some of the fresh after photos you see online scare you — lip blush typically lightens about 40–60% once healed. The color needs to look a little stronger initially so it can soften into the perfect healed shade.
