Don’t sweat the small stuff!
09/26/2026
At some point during these 100 days, you’re going to mess up.
You’ll miss the workout.
You’ll eat a cheat meal.
You’ll have to stay up too late.
You’ll skip the thing you promised yourself you’d do.
Good.
Because the goal was never to be perfect for 100 days.
The real challenge is learning what to do after you don’t show up.
Our rule:
NEVER MISS TWICE.
Missed yesterday? Show up today.
Had a bad meal? Make the next one better.
Skipped your quiet time? Find 10 minutes today.
Didn’t move? Go for a walk.
One bad decision doesn’t erase your progress.
But one bad day can easily become two.
Then three.
Then “I’ll start again Monday.”
Not this time.
You don’t need to start over.
You just need to come back.
96 days left.
Keep going. 🔥
Haven’t joined us yet? You’re not too late.

💪 If you are weight training, athletic training, or just a human being sauna has been scientifically proven to help get you to that next level!
🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻 So what the heck are they talking about in this video??? Plasma volume….EPO???
🩸One important adaptation seen with repeated heat exposure is an increase in blood/plasma volume—essentially, your body becomes better equipped to move more blood around. This can help your heart pump more blood with each beat and can improve your ability to regulate temperature during exercise.
🥵 There’s an interesting heat-adaptation mechanism behind what they’re discussing. Repeated sauna/heat exposure can initially expand plasma volume. That can temporarily dilute the concentration of red blood cells in the blood. Researchers have proposed that this, along with changes in kidney blood flow/oxygen signaling, may stimulate erythropoietin (EPO)—the hormone that tells your bone marrow to make more red blood cells.
❤️🫁 After exercise, sauna keeps your heart and circulation working as your body tries to cool itself. With repeated exposure, your body can adapt by becoming better at moving blood, regulating heat, and potentially transporting oxygen. Since red blood cells carry oxygen to your muscles, adaptations that increase red-cell mass could contribute to better endurance and performance.
Simply put, sauna can improve your body’s ability to move blood, transport oxygen, and improve your recovery and endurance as well as overall health!
Get in the sauna!!! 🧖♂️ 🧖♀️
