Soft, Chewy Christmas Bars Perfect for Gifting, Parties & Cookie Boxes

1. Peppermint Chocolate Bars
Melt 1½ cups dark chocolate with 2 tbsp coconut oil, spread in pan, sprinkle ¼ cup crushed candy canes + pinch salt, chill 20 min, slice.

2. Gingerbread Cookie Bars
Mix 1½ cups flour, ½ tsp baking soda, 1 tsp ginger, ½ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp cloves, ½ cup brown sugar, ¼ cup melted butter, 1 egg, 2 tbsp molasses; bake at 180°C for 18–20 min.

3. Cranberry White Chocolate Bars
Stir ½ cup melted butter, ¾ cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, 1¼ cups flour; fold in ½ cup dried cranberries + ½ cup white chocolate chips, bake 20 min.

4. Eggnog Blondie Bars
Whisk ½ cup butter, ¾ cup brown sugar, 1 egg, ¼ cup eggnog, 1 tsp nutmeg, 1¼ cups flour; bake until just set (18–22 min).

5. No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Bars
Heat ½ cup butter, ½ cup condensed milk, 3 tbsp cocoa; mix in 2 cups crushed biscuits + ¼ cup nuts, press into pan, chill 1 hour.

6. Salted Caramel Shortbread Bars
Press dough made from 1 cup flour, ½ cup butter, ¼ cup sugar; bake 15 min, top with ½ cup caramel sauce + flaky salt, cool and cut.

7. Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars
Mix 1 cup peanut butter, ¼ cup honey, 1½ cups crushed cornflakes; press into pan, top with 1 cup melted chocolate, chill.
