🔹 Sew-In

1. Consultation
• Check your hair + scalp health.
• Talk about what look you want (length, volume, parting options, leave-out vs closure).
• Decide on hair type (virgin, textured, straight, curly) and how many bundles are needed.

2. Prep
• Shampoo + deep condition.
• Blow dry + detangle.
• Make sure hair is clean, dry, and ready to braid.

3. Foundation (Braiding)
• Braid natural hair down into a secure, flat base.
• Pattern depends on the style (middle part, side part, full closure, etc.).
• Protect natural hair underneath with oil or a scalp treatment.

4. Net Application (Optional)
• A weaving net may be added over braids for extra protection + longevity.

5. Installation
• Wefts are sewn onto braids with a curved needle + weaving thread.
• Hair is layered strategically for fullness + natural flow.

6. Blending + Styling
• Cut + shape extensions to match your face + blend with natural hair.
• Style: silk press, curls, wand waves, or desired finish.

7. Maintenance
• Educate client: how to wrap or tie hair at night, avoid too much oil near tracks, wash every 2–3 weeks.
• Schedule touch-up if needed.

8. Removal
• Carefully cut thread (never cut braids or hair).
• Detangle, deep cleanse, and treat natural hair before next install.
