Cancellation Policy Update!

Happy August! 💕 We hope you’re enjoying the last stretch of summer.

As we continue welcoming new and returning clients into the studio, we’re making a small update to our booking policies to help protect appointment availability and the time reserved specifically for each client.

Effective Monday, August 17:

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with 24+ hours’ notice will not be charged a fee.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, including same-day changes, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before booking a future appointment.
We completely understand that life happens, and we appreciate as much notice as possible when plans change. These updates simply help us protect appointment times and continue providing the best experience for everyone.
