How it start 10 days ago and how its going. ! I am not unhappy! No I just need to add a workout and adjust the calorie intake! On to the 30 day challenge!

Day 9 im in flux but intermittent fasting has commenced!
I had to leave the house way early this morning so I didn't get a pick of weight loss. Bummer! But I will be able to get a side view! Hold on for updates!
