This is a unique, high-impact opportunity to take total ownership of our public image, restore our market presence with absolute integrity, and lead our brand expansion on live selling platforms. We are looking for an assertive leader to onboard immediately, with broadcasts scheduled to go live by November 15th.

The Mission & Opportunity:

• Reputational Restoration: You will act as our primary champion, using your strong industry reputation and high character to anchor the brand in trust, clean up public perception, and set us on a powerful, protected path forward.

• Command Center Environment: You will design a quiet, professional, and clutter-free workspace free from loud noises or distractions, crafting a calm, upscale, and trustworthy shopping destination.

• Cultural Rejuvenation: You will bring genuine excitement and joy back to wig wearing. As an educator who loves the community, you will connect authentically with viewers using a helpful, non-pushy approach—strictly avoiding foul language, crude commentary, or manipulative FOMO tactics.

• Operational Control: You will take charge of TikTok Shop inventory management for your streams, ensuring every listing and presentation matches your executive standards.

• Resilience: Armed with a thick skin, you will confidently shield the brand from past noise, commanding the live environment with absolute grace and authority (2 to 3 scheduled streams per week).

Important Qualifications & Exclusions:
• Follower Baseline: Must have a minimum of 15,000+ followers with an established, organic audience of wig wearers.
• Expertise is Non-Negotiable: Candidates must be deeply familiar with TikTok Live selling rules with prior live selling experience.

• Note: If you are new to wigs, have under 15k followers, or lack TikTok Live experience, please do not apply for this lead role. However, you would make a perfect fit for our Brand Ambassador program, and we would love to have you join us in that capacity instead!
