Classic is sock, clean cuticle area up, trim and file nails, file bottom of foot, foot scrub, lotion, and massage foot and leg or arms and hands. Spa is sock, clean cuticle area up, trim and file nails, file bottom of foot, foot scrub, lotion, and massage foot and leg or arms and hands, a Hot towel on feet or hands to sock and relax the muscle with a special scrub.
