Meet our massage therapists! This week we are featuring our newest addition to Amaya Jess Bisner !
Jess received her massage license from the Sedona School of Massage which incorporates many different modalities including: swedish, connective tissue, trigger point, polarity, reflexology, and active isolated stretching therapies. What she finds most beneficial to her clients is connective tissue work. Focusing on lifting, spreading, and differentiating muscles to break up adhesions and allow for greater ease of movement in the body.

Her clients have appreciated the safety, care, and presence she gives with each individual. Her hope is to help each person feel themselves on a deeper level, reduce pain, and allow for nervous system relaxation.
