Cold plunging is awesome and our local newspaper put out a fun article about it. My two cents - always listen to your body. If it says you've had enough, or not today, listen. If you're curious, you could always try a 20 second "cold blast" in the shower, where you turn down the hot until its uncomfortable and see how long you can last; work you way up from there if you body is liking the results.
