Aesthetic Nurse Specialist Jenna Black, BSN, RN has nearly a decade of experience in medical aesthetics in specialties of dermatology and plastic surgery in Durango, CO. Known by her patients and community as Nurse Jenna, she has been personally trained by internationally renowned medical aesthetic experts Julie Horne, RN; Dr Tim Pearce; and Julie Bass Kaplan, FNP. She is currently working towards her Doctorate Nurse Practitioner to provide the safest care possible. Working with surgeon Dr Andrew Cook of Vital Health as her medical director, she specializes in BBL HERO and MOXI laser resurfacing as well as dermal filler lip injection and correction. Nurse Jenna prioritizes patient communication and the consultation process, a subject on which she has been published for her revolutionary level of patient care in the aesthetic field of medicine. She opened Durango Medical Aesthetics in 2023 to provide Southwest Colorado with state-of-the-art laser technology, precision technique, and the highest level of patient care available.
