I had a friend earlier this week who basically asked me about the psychology of my choice behind me getting ready every day. So do I do it because of insecurities? To fit in? To prove something? Or for me? The resounding answer is FOR ME! I took zero offense to it because it is a good question. People often come to me almost nervous to tell me that don’t wear a lot of makeup or don’t like the look of a lot of makeup. I think that’s great. And if you wear a lot of makeup? Great! We wear makeup to enhance our beauty, sure, but we also do it because we WANT to and want to feel beautiful. I love the artistry behind makeup and I love to figure out what you love as well. I never want to leave a makeup session making someone feel unheard. Let’s find your level of makeup comfort and do it because we love it! (or at least I will love it for the both of us😂😂😂)

Honestly if anyone is looking for a versatile and just beautiful makeup palette go buy the MAC Art Library: N**e Model. They have a second one called Flame-Boyant which is where my oranges and reds come from. Those to palettes will take you far for just around $50 each (12 colors each). This is the first time I’ve put makeup on since Sunday because my WHOLE FAMILY had a 12ish hour GI bug and it was miserable. I don’t even think I need to mention how much laundry comes with 4 kids throwing up. It’s just nice to feel nice with makeup.

I shall name this one rose gold and love it forever 😍😍. His might be my new favorite look. Until tomorrow’s look😉

This was my St Patrick’s Day makeup the day after my red makeup. I have super red eye balls because of my sensitivity. Still worth it 😂😂😂

I have a red pigment sensitivity which is pretty common but every once in a while I will brave the irritation because it’s just so fun and makes my green eyes GREEN. And it’s fun to make makeup art. Also, I went ok where. I haven’t been outside of my house today so it was worth all the work 🤦🏼‍♀️

Get you some bright eyeliner! I have been watching MAC for them to come out with their spring line colors which are usually so bright and fun and I feeling like I’m still waiting⏱. So I ordered some eyeliner off of Sephora which was scary for me to branch out. I got some Marc Jacobs eyeliners and they put such a pep in my step. I feel like this look alone will cause summer to arrive (one can only hope and try😂).
