We now offer Guided Breathwork for individuals, couple's, friends, family and corporate retreats! We have several therapists that offer different modalities and last minute appointments are readily available! We also offer a contrast room that consists of outdoor cedar hot tub overlooking Smelter Mountain, traditional or infrared sauna, Cold Plunge and Red Light Therapy.
