Transparent post! Long post!

Approaching my 30's was what felt like a disaster. AT FIRST

1. I had 3 trips planned, every one got canceled.😪

2. Lost relationships that I could never in a millionaire years think i would lose.

3. Went to get my hair done, sat in chair and about 30 minutes into the appointment he didn't want to do my hair. The day before my bday. So my wig was not slayed like I imagined. I did it myself 😒

4. Was trying to get my nails done and there was a gas shortage and I couldn't get there(35 mins away) So I was charged half the price of the service that I didn't recieved because of an uncontrollable situation. Press ons save me everytime!!

5.This pink dress👆👆 did not compliment my body. I did not try it on lmaoooo I just knew I would love it. Failll 🤣🤣🤣. Try your clothes on 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️.  I was still pretty tho 💅

6. Finally single after 6 longggggg years, catch me outside bihhh, I'm outsideeee all summer🤣🤣🤣

7. Mother nature came to visit right on my birthday like heyyyy bishh😫😫😖. Like really?

BUTTTTTTTTT......

1. I have the absolute best supportive system. Family and friends I love them so much I could cry lol.

2. I am now a LICENSED ESTHETICIAN. Talk to me nice 💅💅

3. I have a job, a car,my own crib , and  never miss any meals.
4. Became closer to God. Started praying more and things started to flourish.

5. Let go of toxic relationships that no longer serve me.

6. IM LEGIT ALWAYS HAPPY NO MATTER WHAT'S GOING ON. People tried to break me approaching 30 but aht ahtttt.

7. I got bomb followers, although very little, y'all hype me everytime I post and I love it lol🥰

8. I'm a Boss Bishhhh, I will make a way and make it happen. 💅

The list can go on. But moral of the story is, the Good outweighs the Bad .I am so very thankful to join the 30 club. The feeling is indescribable. Thank you God for the overwhelming feeling of happiness, love and joy🙏🙌💯💃💗

Long Post:
This pandemic put some weight on me boyyy. It was when I seen that picture on the left that made me realize how much weight I was gaining. I was starting to become unhappy with my physical. Although what I was consuming played a role in the weight gain, it was mainly because I was sitting much more working from home.

I didn't start working out until October 10th!!! That was the day I said okay I gotta change this. This is 4 months hard work.🙌💪I cannot lie this sh*t is not easy and it takes a lot a strength, perseverance, and a focused mental space. I changed my eating habits, I do not eat any meats(I do eat seafood). No sweets, no breads, no nothing dammit 😭.I do smoothie diets at least once a month(Just finished a 10 day green smoothie diet). I took my water consumption up a notch, and maintain self care weekly.

I workout about 6 times a week. I be so excited to workout, my friends can vouch for me🤣.
With instruction in the gym 3-4 times a week

OMG twice a week for my new b***y im building 😜😭 and twice a week for the best damn cardio u gonna get!!! I found a new love for step!!! All in the comfort of your home.You get full access to their classes &workouts for only $10/month. Thank y'all for helping me achieve this new body 😭😭

I just wanna tell anyone whose just starting or needs motivation to KEEP GOING, Keep Goinggggg!!!That's in anything you want to do in life!
