Some children are grieving the absence of their mom so we ought to be grateful if we have time to spend with ours.Let’s lift moms in prayer and praise them for all the wonderful things they have done and continue to do. Does anyone else change the volume when they are trying to focus on parking, searching for an address when traveling, or trying to locate something really important in the car? I use to think it was funny that I would turn the volume down to do any type of parking besides pulling straight in,but there is actually research that suggests doing so improves our chances of completing a task because we’ve opened up a capacity to load necessary info while diminishing or deleting other distracting sounds. It’s ok to slow down and turn the volume down ( sometimes even go on mute).
It’s actually the responsible and mature thing to do if you need to gain momentum again!

Wellness tip! In order to mash the gas on our goals again , we have to assess when it’s time turn the volume down on all distractions and mute all matters that keeps us from focusing on finishing them! Change the volume! Increase capacity! Be well! Love y’all❤️😘
