I mean of course I wish it were that easy but unfortunately, that is just not how the cookie crumbles…. 🥲
Can lip blush make the lips appear fuller? ABSOLUTELY. A lot of people naturally lose color around the borders of their lips over time, so simply restoring that color and definition can make a really big difference and give the illusion of more fullness without ever changing the shape.💋
But there’s a HUGE difference between lip skin and regular face skin. Once tattoo pigment starts getting pushed too far outside the natural lip border trying to create extra volume, it usually heals looking disconnected from the lips themselves. It may look fine fresh, but once everything softens and settles, that’s when you can really see the difference 🤔
It’s important to find an artist who can give you what you want, but honestly it’s even more important to find one willing to tell you when something may not age well long term… and of course I’ll always do that 🥰

I know the million dollar question when it comes to getting your face tattooed is: what does it look like years later?? 🤔
THIS is what intentional tattooing looks like—and EXACTLY the kind of result I’m always aiming for. Nothing heavy, nothing overdone… just soft, even color that still looks like her lips, just more balanced and a little more put together…. 🤩
This was a subtle lip neutralization, and she’s always gravitated toward tones like this anyway—so instead of applying it every day, it’s just there. That’s really the sweet spot with lip work. It shouldn’t feel like a drastic change, it should feel like you, just easier. 😍
Everything I do is built with the long game in mind. We start conservative, layer intentionally, and keep things in a place that’s going to age well in your skin—not something that looks “done,” but something that stays wearable, no matter the service.
If you’ve been wanting that low-effort, always-put-together look without committing to a full lip every day, you know where I am 😉

If your goal is to look put together with ZERO effort… I gotchu 😎
No makeup here. Just a little bit of structure in the brows and a soft lash line doing A LOT more than you’d think. It’s not dramatic, it’s not obvious — it just makes everything look more lifted, more defined, and like you have your life together before you’ve even had coffee. 🤩
This is the part people don’t expect — it doesn’t look like makeup. It just looks like you on a really good day. No filling, no lining, no “hold on let me fix this real quick” before you leave the house. 😉
And going into summer? Heat, sweat, pool days… this is the kind of thing that actually makes sense. It holds up, it stays put, and it keeps everything looking fresh without the extra effort.
It’s subtle, but it surely changes everything…. 😍

Who said men can’t get cosmetic tattooing?! 👀
Because they ABSOLUTELY can — (and one of the reasons I call it cosmetic tattooing and not permanent makeup, but that’s a caption for another day 😅)
Here’s the thing, the approach has to be different. When someone doesn’t wear makeup, you can’t lean on anything to blend into — so every decision has to be THAT much more intentional. We’re really not trying to add color or make anything look “done.” We’re just creating balance by taking away some of the contrast!!! Evening things out so it looks like you, minus the thing that was bothering you.
This was his first session targeting a darker upper lip and I am genuinely so thrilled with where we landed. We still have about 14+ weeks until true healed results— but for one session? Hard to argue with this. 🤍
If you’ve ever counted yourself out thinking this wasn’t for you… just saying. 😉

Sometimes it’s not that your lips need more… they just don’t look like they used to… 🤭
I hear “I think I need filler” a lot, and usually it’s coming from that feeling that something’s off — a little less definition, color not hitting the same, everything just blending together more than it used to.
A lot of the time, that shift isn’t actually about volume. It’s the tone fading and the edges softening, which can make your lips read smaller even when they’re not. Once you bring that color back in and subtly refine the shape, it changes how everything sits on your face in the best way. 🤩
That’s where lip blushing comes in. It’s not about creating a new lip, it’s just restoring what’s already there so it feels more balanced and intentional again.
And this is usually where the filler conversation comes up — they’re not interchangeable, they just do different things. Some people want that added fullness, some just need their color and structure back, and sometimes once that’s there, you don’t feel like you need much else. 😍
Healed, it settles into something really low maintenance. You still look like you, just a little more pulled together without having to think about it.
If your lips have been feeling a little “off” but you can’t quite put your finger on why, this is the first place I’d look. 🤍

Raise your hand if you’ve been nervous to get your brows done because of “brow shock.” 🙋🏻♀️
This client came in wanting what so many of you want — to stop filling in her brows every day and feel a little more put together with less effort. We chose a soft, natural approach that would enhance her features without going too bold too fast….
And even though everything was done exactly how it should be… she still had that “wait… are these too much?” moment.
And that adjustment period is SOOO real!!
You’re seeing more shape, more definition, and a version of your face you’re not used to yet — all while the pigment is at its darkest and your skin is freshly worked on. Even when the work is beautiful, it can feel like a lot at first.
So I walked her back through the healing process, sent over healed examples, and reminded her what to expect — because it always hits a little differently when it’s your own face.
A few days later, everything shifted.
She settled in, started to love them, trusted the process — and even sent a friend my way. 🤭
And if I’m being honest, this is so common. The clients who feel unsure at first are usually the same ones asking to go a little darker at their touch-up. 😉
This is exactly why I take a natural, buildable approach. I’d always rather start soft and layer intentionally than go too bold too fast.
If you’ve been holding back because you’re scared of them looking like “too much,” this is your reminder — the goal is you, just a little more refined… not a completely different face.
And I’ll guide you through every step of it. 🤍

When there’s old pigment in the skin, everything becomes a little more strategic…. 😉
Corrective work isn’t about starting over — it’s about working with what’s already there. Previous pigment has its own undertone, its own depth, its own story. Of course I told her that laser removal would give us the cleanest reset and the most flexibility. She was very hesitant about the laser,so we made a plan within those boundaries.
That meant being realistic. I can’t promise a full reset without removal. What I can promise is intention. Instead of layering over everything and risking heavy, blocky brows, we focused on softening and balancing what was already present so it feels cohesive — not dramatic!
Anytime previous work is involved, there’s an extra layer of unpredictability. That’s why patience matters. Cosmetic tattooing — especially corrective cases — is about making smart, strategic decisions that protect the long-term outcome, not just creating a bold moment.

The quickest way to regret cosmetic tattooing?? Expecting it to defy logic. 😅
I know we are all sold the dream: super natural brows that somehow never require makeup again. But those are usually two separate goals. If we keep things soft and believable, you may still touch up here and there. If we eliminate the need for a pencil entirely, we’re probably moving into much bolder territory than most people actually want…. 😬
That’s why I start conservatively. Brows have to look good bare-faced first — in natural light, at the gym, on a random Tuesday. My job isn’t to tattoo permanent makeup onto your face. It’s to build structure that enhances what you already have and heals beautifully over time!! Cosmetic tattooing can add pigment and refine shape, but it can’t create fullness without it looking… well created. 🤭
Most of my clients appreciate knowing that balance upfront. Because avoiding a brow pencil forever isn’t worth sacrificing something that looks timeless. 😉
If you’re after believable, long-term results, I’ll always guide you there — and I’ll always be honest about what’s realistic! 🤩

If you’re creeping an artist’s page and only looking at the fresh “after”… you’re not actually seeing what you’re signing up for👀
The most important thing in any cosmetic tattoo portfolio is always healed work!! Fresh results are just the first chapter. They’re always going to look a little stronger, a little crisper, often darker than expected. But what really matters?! What it looks like once it’s lived in for a few months. 🤩
Healed results show you the artist’s actual philosophy. Do things soften beautifully? Does the color melt into the skin? Does it still look like her — just a little more even, a little more defined? That’s not luck. That’s intentional pigment choice, controlled depth, and knowing when to hold back. Every cosmetic tattoo is done with the healed outcome in mind, not just the day-one photo. 🤩 (although those are always stunning too 😉)
Take a second and really compare as you swipe. 🤍
If you’ve ever thought cosmetic tattooing looks “too bold,” chances are you were only looking at it fresh!

Talk about a soft lift 🤩😉
Most of my clients aren’t coming in because they want a brand new brow—they’re just tired of filling in the same sparse spots every morning. My job isn’t to overhaul your face. It’s to create something that looks like it belongs on your face: soft, balanced, and actually flattering to your natural features!!
It’s never about chasing a trend. It’s about shape, structure, skin—and how it’s all going to heal and age. That’s why your first session is always more conservative: we’re setting a foundation and seeing how your skin responds so we can make intentional decisions at your touch-up. It’s a long game, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
A good shape should feel effortless. It should work on your bare face just as well as it does with a full beat. That’s the beauty of something made for you!!
If you’re over your brow pencil but not trying to look permanently snatched, let’s chat. 💌
