This weekend? Baby… it was LOADED 😳

Saturday I said, “I’m choosing softness.” So I woke up and went for a hike to regulate my nervous system and tell me why I got surrounded by a whole kaleidoscope of butterflies

I’m talking Disney princess energy. I sat there like a whole fairy, just taking it in… and it felt like a reminder: transformation is always in motion.

Whew. Cool. Grounded.

Got back to the car Zoom call for my Body of Fire series (because healing work doesn’t pause)

Then boom, mom mode activated. Scooped my baby, hit a Caribbean festival, ate good, laughed, connected… he ran wild and free like he’s supposed to.

AND since apparently we don’t do “rest” over here… dropped him with Gigi & Pops and went to my other job and clocked IN

Came home, handled business admin like the Boss I am…and THEN I finally put my cape down.

I’m grateful for my village because without them? None of this flows.

This is what being a mom and a business woman really looks like beautiful, chaotic, aligned, and a little “girl are you okay?” all at once
