Today makes one year since I decided to take my health back

The first picture in the sweater is from 2025, February. I honestly had decided at that point that I needed to change, but I didn’t know how it was going to happen because I wasn’t mentally there yet. However, after I did a vision board class, I decided I needed to make some changes, and the first one was going to be me and it was all for me. Fast-forward to the second picture, which was taken yesterday. Let me say this first: it has not been easy; it’s been a very challenging journey, no I didn’t use medicine, no I didn’t take the shots. Yes, I drank meal replacements. Yes, I take natural supplements that your body produce but when you get older, it doesn’t produce as much. The one thing i did do is consistently showed up. No, I’m not perfect, but I consistently showed up.

This next phase is for all of my enemies. The Bible says that God would prepare a table before you in the presence of your enemies; I hope you’re ready, because I’m getting ready to eat.
