*****HAPPY CLIENT***** 1 hour session with my client today. Client wears a back brace which compresses upper/lower back, and pec muscles causing a taunt band to develop in the rhomboid muscles. The rhomboid muscles are located between the shoulder blades and runs lateral. It attaches to the vertebrae and the scapula. As a result of the taunt band the treatment method used is trigger point. What is trigger point? tight areas within muscle tissue that causes referred pain in other parts of the body.The benefits of trigger point massage are releasing constricted areas in the muscles in order to alleviate pain. As a result of this treatment it is highly possible you will notice a significant difference after just one treatment. As you can see I finished it off with percussion therapy to stimulate the entire muscle group. *I do not own the rights to music”
