Quick note about how I RESCHEDULE appointments for my salon.

I will never reschedule or change your appointment without contacting you, and ASKING FOR YOUR APPROVAL of possible dates.
Because, It  wouldn’t make sense for me to assume that you could come on a date and time, that I just picked randomly, right?

If you receive an email notice that sounds like I’ve changed your appointment, without asking you first about possible timing or dates, It is potentially spam or phishing.
Best course of action is to call me directly, rather than believe emails that are likely a SPOOF from scammers!
Even if it looks legit. Copycats are clever.

However, If there is an emergency, I may need to cancel your appointment.
I will try my hardest to contact you to cancel/reschedule, or have someone else do that step in my absence).
And,
If I don’t have time to contact you directly, in those chaos moments, I will simply have to cancel (or leave a note on the door with my apologies) and contact you later to reschedule.
