I cannot even begin to explain how excited I am to be back in the treatment room with all of you. I’ve missed you more than you know! Link to book is in my bio! 🤍

If you’ve ever sat in my chair, you already know one of my favorite questions:
“If you could be any animal (besides a cat or dog), what would you be and why?”

And every single time… my answer? A black bear.
Hibernate all winter, snack on nuts and berries, live my best cozy life.

Well… turns out I may have manifested that a little too hard this year 🐻❄️

But guess what—hibernation is OVER.
I’m officially coming out of my cave and back to doing what I love most… taking care of you all ✨

(And maybe… just maybe… I’ll retire the bear answer for a bit 😂)

I’ve been going back and forth about making this post, but I want to be transparent with all of you 🤍

Almost a week out from breaking my coccyx and an L5 para defect whatever and after another doctor’s appointment today, it was a bit of a wake-up call realizing it may be another week or two before I’m able to return to the spa. It’s tough — but I’m tougher. And wowza… what a way to start 2026. When life really tests me, I remind myself that my story of resilience can spark resilience in others, and that keeps me going. ✨

But already I have been feeling incredibly homesick — is my second home. Always has been, always will be. I am so incredibly blessed, and I truly can’t put into words how supported I’ve felt beyond the spa walls. Ashley and the entire Blush team have shown up for me in ways that mean more than they’ll ever know, and I miss them (and the treatment room) endlessly.💕

I want everyone to know that I am doing okay. I can walk, I am healing, and I have the most amazing village around me. I am beyond thankful for every message, check-in, and ounce of love I’ve received. I’m also not looking for attention — I simply wanted to put some minds at ease since a few of you have called the spa wondering why you can’t book with me.

I’ll be back before you know it, and until then, my Blush girls are there to take the best care of you. Thank you for loving me the way you do — I can’t wait to be back doing what I love, with the people I love, under the Blush roof. 💗✨

(Just before posting I decided to add the picture of me right after I broke my back- I also ended up dumping my coffee all over myself as I fell. Don’t worry though- my .giver mug is still in perfect condition, not a fracture in sight! It’s funny guys! It’s okay to laugh! But let this be a sign to listen to your gut because even if your head is telling you it can’t be broken if you’re walking- your gut is going to say go to the hospital!
