I help with women overcome PCOS using diet and lifestyle as medicine

06/17/2026

Nobody talks about the moms.

The moms who watched their teenage daughter get diagnosed with PCOS and thought…

“There has to be more than this.”

Not because birth control never has a role. Sometimes it absolutely does.

But because they watched their daughter keep struggling.

The weight gain.
The fatigue.
The cravings.
The anxiety.
The irregular cycles.
The confidence disappearing.
Her world getting smaller.

And when nobody explains WHY… families do what any loving family would do.

They start searching.

They try supplement stacks.
Functional tests.
Protocols.
Food rules.
Internet rabbit holes.
One more appointment. Another generic piece of advice that’s not realistic to a high school or college age girl.

Moms lose sleep trying to figure this out. there’s nothing a mother wouldn’t do for her daughter.

What I wish more mom’s understood is that healing rarely happens from a single touchpoint. Girls need continuous guidance and support when it comes to making lifestyle changes that work for them and stick.

Inside our program, we don’t hand women a plan and hope they figure it out. Were their ‘map’ and ‘GPS’ helping them navigate real life.

Through a highly informative 2 week, root-cause analysis, we identify what is contributing to symptoms and then we walk beside them week after week to see the changes and transformation through.

Just 1-2 targeted changes at a time.
Built around real life.
Built around behavior change.
Built around objective feedback, symptom patterns, and sustainable habits.

Our daughters learn to understand their body, see progress reflected in how they feel, and build routines they can actually maintain.

Because this isn’t about getting through the next few months. It’s about helping young women build a healthier future while they’re still young enough to e entire trajectory.

DM MOM if this story feels familiar 🤍

Girls with PCOS need to learn what their body is communicating (✨those painful symptoms are the language of your body) and how to support it so they can live long, healthy, happy lives.

Let’s get them curious about food.
Let’s teach them how to cook.
Let’s show them how meals can nourish their body and help their symtoms instead of making them afraid of food.

Let’s help them discover movement that makes them feel strong and safe instead of trying to hide themselves or burn themselves smaller.

Let’s help them notice stress.
Notice where their time disappears.
Build routines and coping skills that help them feel calmer and more supported.

Let’s help them see sleep as one of the most powerful tools they have instead of something optional.

Let’s help them support their body and their gut by adding in more of what helps them thrive.

Because healing isn’t usually about doing more.

It’s often about understanding more.

As a nurse practitioner, I’m less interested in giving women another list of restrictions.

I’m interested in helping them learn the language of their body and nourish it.

Maybe our daughters don’t need stricter rules than we had. Maybe those rules were the problem?

Maybe they need better questions ❤️ and encouraging support as they figure it out 🫶🏽

DM “NO RULES” and I’ll send the mini video explaining how we help women and girls identify what’s driving their symptoms and how to loving support their body

Do you want a “quick fix” or do you want a lasting solution?

06/11/2026

When you work in medicine, your standard for “evidence-based” is incredibly high. You understand the body, you read literature, and your clinical BS detector is always on.

Nonetheless, as an NP, Mandy found herself at a frustrating standstill. (If you’re a NP, PA or RN, you’re in good company here, over half our program participants are healthcare workers).

Despite doing her own research and consulting with countless providers, she was still dealing with daily bloating, chronic fatigue, and stubborn acne. She was left asking a question no woman ever wants to ask about their own health: “How am I supposed to keep living like this?”

The guidance she found point wasn’t a trendy supplement or a restrictive crash diet.

It was personalized, data-driven framework rooted in healing the root cause and behavioral science to build lasting habits.

When you stop treating individual symptoms like isolated fires and start addressing the root hormone and metabolic drivers, the body responds rapidly.

Shortly into the program, Mandy’s bloating vanished, her skin cleared, and her energy returned. She finally feels like her true, happy self again and she has the confidence in her knowledge and tools to keep it that way.

Your health isn’t an expense; it’s the highest-yielding investment you’ll ever make in yourself.

If you’re a clinician or a nurse, (or just someone who is tired of unscientific wellness trends) and you’re ready for clear, personalized guidance that heals root causes, DM “SCIENCE” below and let’s look at your case.

It’s the 2-minute email check. The quick glance at Slack. The involuntary scroll on Instagram. You think you’re just multitasking, but you’re actually shredding your day into tiny, useless pieces. When you’re overwhelmed, your brain craves the dopamine hit of a new notification.

It’s addictive, and it’s stealing the exact time you need to actually take care of yourself.

Ready to stop giving your energy away to your screen and start giving it back to your body?

Comment RECLAIM below, and let’s talk about how we can rebuild your metabolic health, without needing an extra 2 hours in your day!

Things I spend WAY less money on now as an NP + health coach with PCOS…

Not because these things never help.

But because I stopped trying to buy my way into feeling better.

Less money on:
❌ supplements I hoped would be “the thing”
❌ skincare trying to outwork hormonal acne
❌ nutrition and weight loss programs that gave me rules but not a plan for MY body
❌ Instagram guides that gave information but couldn’t help me apply it when real life happened
❌ wellness trends that added stress
❌ lab testing that that was overwhelming and just led to more supplements

More money on:
✅ food that actually keeps me full
✅ getting stronger (aka allowing myself to pay for a gym)
✅ targeted care (addressing the root cause)
✅ stress support (finding a new therapist now :) )
✅ coaching + mentorship

Because here’s what surprised me…

Even as a clinician, I still got stuck.

I knew sleep mattered.
I knew protein mattered.
I knew exercise mattered.

But I still found myself thinking:

“Am I doing enough?”
“Why isn’t this working?”
“Should I change everything again?”
“Why can everyone else seem consistent except me?”

What I was missing wasn’t random information.

It was a customized map. AND THEN THE GPS TOO.

Meaning someone helping me cut through all the noise and helping build the skills to stay consistent when real life happened.

Someone helping me stop overthinking.
Helping me zoom out.
Helping me pivot instead of quit.

Because behavior change isn’t usually lost in knowledge.

It’s lost in the moments when you’re overwhelmed, discouraged, busy, tired… and nobody helps you adapt.

That’s why inside our program we don’t just hand women a roadmap.

We help women understand what’s driving THEIR PCOS, create a personalized plan, and then work with them one-on-one week after week to actually make it happen.

Think of us as the GPS.

Helping you adjust, overcome obstacles, build momentum, and stop starting over.

Because personalized care isn’t just knowing where to go.

It’s having someone help you get there 🤍
